We ship to Canada through Canada Post, FedEx, UPS or other road transportations.
Shipping Costs and delivery time may vary depends on your order and location.
If you receive damaged products, please contact Customer Service immediately at (604) 757-9296 or email us at email@example.com.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may exchange or return unused items within 30 days with an original receipt and packaging.
You will have a full merchandise refund if the products are unused, unwashed, and do not affect reselling. Restocking fee may charge if the items are not in original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be made in the same manner as payment was received.
Special order items are customized to your specifications, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping fees, assembling fees, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Accessories, textiles, sale goods, and clearance items are final sale.
